During our 2-day stay at Grand Sunset Princess, I found the price a bit high for a short visit, yet the facilities and team were exceptional. the room was clean and cozy, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, which made check-in and service a bit challenging. Despite this, the variety of restaurants and activities for all ages were impressive. the private beach with personalized services, spa treatments, and private pool with a helpful concierge truly made our week-long stay feel like a dream come true. the location in Playa del Carmen allowed us to explore both the serene seaside and energetic downtown easily. Overall, a great place with fantastic amenities and dining options, though service could be improved for a more seamless experience.
